Model 1 > Full-Time Employment:
This is your routine 8:30am to 6:00pm job 5 days a week job where you could be working on Consulting, Administration and Operations. These jobs have a base pay, pay for performance partition, annual paid vacation with return tickets and medical insurance.
Model 2 > Part-Time / Project Based Employment:
These are project, performance and sales oriented job roles at Virtus where its a pay for performance model. remuneration is controlled by level of performance of the Employee. This is a high incentive model with work-life balance also dictated largely by the employee including flexible vacation periods. These jobs are fully based on pay for performance, annual paid vacation with return tickets and medical insurance.
Model 3 > Fresher Jobs:
These are entry positions across the Virtus Organisation in all functions and are designed to groom future leaders of Virtus based on every candidates true potential to learn and grow within the organisation. These jobs have a low base pay, annual paid vacation with return tickets and medical insurance.
Model 4 > Internship - University Project Work:
Virtus always encourages and participates actively in University recruitment drives to promote students in the real workplace and to give them a chance to learn on the job. These jobs usually pay a stipend for project work at the end of the Internship
